Harry Potter is a good example of a fictional leader because he was a kid trying to save the world. He understood the view of the people because he is a part of the people. Harry understood that he had to be the one to take charge and lead the people. Or else everyone would just fall to Voldemort. Harry was a good leader because he thought of everyone and fought for what he believed in. He never went against what he believed in and in the end everyone respected him for it. I think a large part in being a good leader is the having people your lead respect you. If they don’t respect you they will not follow you because they won’t take into consideration what the leaders plan is or what they are trying to do. Harry also took people suggestions for plans, which made people like him. That is another aspect of being a good leader: the followers must like the leader. If the followers don’t like the leader they will not like any decisions the leader makes and therefore the followers will rebel.
Harry could relate with his followers because he was in the same position as the, but they just happened to make him their leader. So he knew what was best for everyone and was able to take people ideas and put them into action.
